What do you do day to day?

‍Day to day, I am responsible for managing payroll and supporting all HR processes within the company, helping the business run smoothly and keep our employees happy!‍

What’s your favourite aspect of working at Pegasus?

‍I really enjoy being able to support the team and make a difference behind the scenes. ‍

Pegasus is known for teamwork. What do you think makes the team click?‍

‍We all understand our roles and want to fulfill them to the best of our ability whilst also supporting each other in doing the same, which creates a collaborative atmosphere. ‍

What do you think makes Pegasus different from other construction/utilities companies in the UK?

‍What sets us apart is our people-first approach. Even in a fast-paced utilities/construction environment, the company prioritises communication, collaboration, and employee wellbeing. We work as one team, share knowledge openly, and support each other through challenges — and that creates a culture you don’t often find in this industry.‍

Who would play you in the movie version of your career?

‍Probably Emily Blunt, she just seems organised but fun as well.‍

If you were put in charge of designing Pegasus’ new office, what’s the first feature you’d add?

‍It isn't exactly a feature but I would love to have an office puppy. I don't feel like anyone could be stressed when there is a little puppy around!
