Flood Risk Assessments and Flood Mitigation

Our flood risk assessment reports will provide you with detailed analysis of the flood risks in a given area helping you to prevent, mitigate or prepare for potential flood events. Based in Stourbridge but serving much of England & Wales, we have years of experience dealing with flood risk issues and have access to extensive environmental knowledge and so can work with you to develop, cost and deliver a suitable flood mitigation strategy to support a planning application, comply with conditions and regulations and ensure adequate due diligence.

Land Remediation and Repurposing

Pegasus can support you throughout the process of WAC testing of land prior to acquisition and providing a detailed report with solutions for full remediation of any contamination present. We can also provide a fully costed proposal to clear the land of all contaminants dealing with any areas of hazardous waste in line with current legislation.

Planning Permission

By providing environmental reports for architects, structural engineers and developers, Pegasus can assist with the planning permission process. In most cases detailed environmental reports for the proposed site will be required before any planning application will be considered for any type of project.
